Network to Innovate: Farm management system "Mans Lauks"
The online workshop, "Farm management system - Mans Lauks” took place on January 27, 2026. It was organized by the Rural Networks of Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Poland. This workshop is a great opportunity to connect with others in the field, share knowledge, and potentially create new partnerships.
This workshop will focus on the Latvian farm management system Mans Lauks, developed with the involvement of consultants, farmers, agricultural organizations, and research institutions. The system enables data- and knowledge-based sustainable farm management aimed at supporting long-term goals. It offers functionality suitable for both crop and livestock farms. Mans Lauks was developed within the framework of European Innovation Partnership projects.
The workshop brings together rural stakeholders to share their experiences with the system and its practical use. Special attention will be given to how the system was built and how it is applied in everyday practice from the perspectives of consultants and farmers.
The first part of the event will feature inspiring presentations by representatives of the Latvian Rural Advisory and Training Centre, who will present the system and explain their cooperation with the Latvian Rural Support Unit on data synchronisation.
Following the presentations, we'll dive into a discussion round where participants can leave their questions to the speakers.
To facilitate communication, we are using the Padlet dashboard, allowing you to share inspiring solutions, express interest in cooperation, or raise questions related to the workshop's theme:
